Pet Policy

Cats and Dogs Welcome: $300 pet deposit (of which $150 is non-refundable). $25 per month for cats and $35 per month for dogs. Maximum 2 pets per apartment not to exceed 75 pounds total. Breed restrictions: no lock jaw breeds (no pit bills, rotweilllers, doberman pinchers, ect).
